Hi, I'm Cody!

My fitness journey began at just 15 years old, training at my local gym in Loxton, Riverland. That moment sparked a passion for health and fitness that has only grown stronger over time, ultimately shaping the career I have today.

I hold a double degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Nutrition and Food Science. With a solid foundation in science, I’m here to cut through the noise and give you evidence-based guidance—no fluff, just real, practical advice.

I truly believe that everyone starts somewhere—and I’m no different. For years, I struggled with food and exercise. I fell into the trap of overtraining and severely restricting my intake, thinking that was the only way to reach my goals. But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. I was afraid of eating more, and I was lost when it came to finding a balanced approach. Exercise became a way to burn off calories, not something I enjoyed or did for my well-being.

Today, things are drastically different. I’ve found a healthier, more balanced approach to both fitness and nutrition. I no longer deprive myself or punish my body with excessive workouts. I eat the foods I love every day, without guilt, and exercise has become something I do because of how it makes me feel—mentally and physically—not because I’m chasing a specific look.

Through my own experiences, I realised just how many people are stuck in that same cycle of restriction and self-punishment. That’s why I’m passionate about showing you that there’s a better way to achieve your goals—a way that allows you to thrive without sacrificing your happiness or well-being.

When I’m not working with clients or helping people on their fitness journey, you’ll find me immersed in my other passions. I absolutely love creating images and videos—I'm the girl who always has three types of cameras with her at an event, capturing every moment. I also have a serious soft spot for my pup, Otis. If I could take him everywhere, I would.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, binge-watching the latest reality TV shows (guilty pleasure, I know!), or finding new ways to move my body. Fitness to me isn’t just about the gym—I’m always up for trying new activities. You’ll catch me in a reformer pilates class, playing tennis, starting my new golfing career (or at least trying!), or just going for a stroll with Otis.

I know the world of fitness and nutrition can feel overwhelming with so much conflicting advice out there. That’s why I’m here—to simplify it for you. My mission is to help you cut through the confusion and show you how to create lasting results with simple, sustainable habits. You don’t need to cut out entire food groups or spend hours on the treadmill to see progress. Instead, I’ll guide you toward building habits you can maintain for life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—from guiding Strength for Life classes for those 50+ to running foundation programs for school students, and everything in between. I thrive on working with individuals who are ready to improve their relationship with their body, learn, and perform at their best.

I’m not here for quick fixes. I’m here to help you build sustainable, healthy habits that last. Helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives is what drives me every day. If you're ready to make lasting changes and build a healthier relationship with your body, let’s work together!

Fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable—no extreme diets, no unrealistic goals, just real, consistent progress.
